Hey, your requests don't bother me any . Especially since I spend a lot of time at Trader Sams |

Glad to see that there are other UAB users of rorpage's app - I really like it a lot - can't always login and request from my phone due to "rules" at work - but that will be ending soon and I will always have UAB with me traveling or at home ... thx again to everyone that has made the site so functional and always fun |

Thanks everybody for the kind words
I've just posted an update to Google Play with some minor fixes and such. I promise I'll add dedications and a bit else soon.
I've also submitted the app to the Amazon app store so those with Kindle Fires should be able to use the app as well.
I'm going to add some enhancements to the Windows 8 app soon as well that will make the favorites page and searching much easier.
Thanks again! |

Good morning!
I whipped this up (using something I had made before). Can someone with an iPhone or iPad test it please? It should work in any browser (except Firefox I believe).

Thanks!

sounds and looks good, but the play button gets a little wonky in Safari. _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

Thanks David! I'll see what I can do about that.
If anyone has a Kindle Fire, the app is now available in the Amazon app store: http://amzn.com/B00AE8S1SG
Enjoy! |

David,
Can you describe what you mean by Wonky? I don't believe that's a technical term |

I think he means that it's a little tough to tap. It's a bit too close to the controls bar on the bottom of the screen, especially in portrait view, so you need to hit it just right to get it to activate without accidentally pressing the "Share" button or nothing at all.
It also overlaps the pause/play symbols with the streaming status. While playing the button looks like this: S||eam...
In landscape view, the button looks like this: |$treaming... |

How about now? I found something called jPlayer with a skin that adds a bigger button. |

Jplayer huh....I'm using jplayer to code the built-in site player (no winmap, itunes, windows media player, vlc, or any other player required). You have my vote. |

Thanks!
I've been looking for something like this for a while. So easy to implement. |

FYI Rorpage, the coding for jplayer might have to change when we upgrade to shoutcast 2.x. This isn't going to be done tomorrow, or even next week. But I figured I'd give you a heads up so you're not banging your head against the wall if/when something decides not to work. |
