I just bought some myself and can attest to it being the real deal - the exact same stuff used in disneyland.
Next, you can watch this clip on you-tube that shows how to make it with an at-home ice cream maker. Of course, doing it this way - you'll get a bit different consistency than if you were to use a professional soft serve machine (but those are pricey). This version will taste the exact same.....and that's all I'm after! Bring me some pineapple whip!
