Little surprised no one else noticed it, but today is Disneyland's birthday...
On this day in 1955, Disneyland first opened....

Most people credit July 18th, which is the day the park first opened to the public.... but it officially opened to the press and dignataries on July 17th...
I have read that there are debates on whether the 17th or the 18th is the "birthday"... since Walt said the 18th, but in recently years CMs have been celebrating on the 17th....
Either way.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
