Fantastic question as we are planning a trip to WDW right now ...
Fastpass: Epcot (for the same reason! Food and Wine festival, baby!)
Standby: Hollywood Studios (I've always enjoyed this park)
Skip: Animal Kingdom (... and we have in the past)
Soooooo ... you're strollin' down Main Street ...
Listen to the Dapper Dans, Ride the Omnibus, Get an Ice Cream.
Fastpass: Listen to the Dapper Dans
Standby: Get an Ice Cream
Skip: Ride the Omnibus (Cause they don't like you bring food and drink on the bus, and I still have the ice cream cone from above.)
You get to the hub... Left, Right or Through the Castle?

Yaaaaay, a new player! Welcome Disney3xJC. Not that I don't love my time with WDWfan, but it's always nice to get new blood here!
Fastpass: Le Cellier (the music alone gets me in)
Standby: Chefs de France (I've never eaten hear, but I'm willing to give it a go)
Skip: San Angel Inn (I've never eaten here either, but the menu has never really grabbed me).
Since we're hanging out in Epcot:

I've actually been around a long time Bison74 , just hadn't played the game in a while!
Fastpass: British Invasion (underrated and always fun to watch)
Standby: Off Kilter (really good but I can see why Disney is letting them go...same old same old)
Skip: Mo'Rockin (we actually speed walk through Morocco when they are playing...ugh!)
Keeping with an Epcot theme...

Glad you're joining us! I totally agree with your choices, by the way. I so miss British Invasion, and I'm sorry to hear about Off Kilter as well. Mo'Rockin' ... well ...
In honor of the coming Food and Wine Festival ... sorry, lost my train of thought as I began immediately daydreaming ...
Australia, Brazil, Greece
On a side note: I was just looking at the menus for this year - goodness, it was hard for me to narrow it down to three
Fastpass: Reflections of China(my wife and kids never let me stop and watch it)
Standby: Oh, Canada
Skip: Impressions de France (A movie that might convince me to never visit France)
Australia, Brazil, Greece > not sure if you meant which do we want for the food festival or as possible new pavillions, but sequence works out the same so...
Fastpass: Australia
Standby: Brazil
Skip: Greece
Leave a Legacy, Walk Around the World, Kodak Photospots

I know, food at Epcot ... ahhhhhhhh
Fastpass: Boulangerie Patisserie (I'd go to Florida for the chocolate cake alone)
Standby: Crepes, Chefs de France
Skip: L'Artisan des Glaces Ice Cream Shop
My choices have more to do with my dessert preference than whether or not these places are tasty
We've spent a lot of time in Epcot, but there are other things to see and do:
