I've never had the signature dining, but I'd like to try Artist Point.
And I would agree with pulling out autopia. but I'd like to see something like Horizons installed there. tomorrowland needs more tomorrowish stuff.

That's a tough one. My parents have managed to accumulate the vast majority of the feature films over the course of the last few vault cycles. If I had to choose one, it would be Fantasia.

Oooo!!! Forgot about Harbor House! That definitely counts! (Tie between that and Flame Tree for me.)
Probably The Rescuers (not even sure if that one ever goes into the vault though). Never liked the feel of the plot or animation.

A long time ago at the Polynesian they made a drink called a Seven Seas. It waa a mixture of rum, curacao, pineapple juice, and bitters. It was fantastic and to this day I have been unable to replicate it (though I don't mind drinking the failures).

I SHOULD say Horizons because it is my favorite attraction EVER but I think a large part of that is the fact that it is such a pivotal point of my childhood memories and reviving it may diminish the significance of those treasured memories.
I think, instead, I would have to choose the Adventurers Club. (I know, it isn't technically an "attraction".) I have so many amazing memories of that place (many of them when my wife and I were in our earliest stages of our relationship) and that place was just such an amazing place to relax, laugh and enjoy hanging out.

Oooo... I think Star Wars. I would love to see a Mos Eisley themed land complete with the Cantina (QSF location) and the "Wretched Hive" could be an upstairs bar area (no droids please). Theoretically the area could assimilate what is currently the Backlot Express location and retheme it. That's my thought anyway.

My hotel room.
Illuminations is a nice show and all, but after a day of walking around, waiting around in a crush of people, to see a globe too far awat to make out details, and then having to fight the crowd to leave.... I'd rather be in my hotel room.

Never answered: Currently Port Orleans.
If I ever get to try more, that may change.
