Oh man! I'm excited to see Disney "Shorts"! I only see the one with Goofy that uses a classic Disney character, but I certainly hope that this means we'll be seeing more chances for classic characters to come back in their traditional "short animated feature" format.
While I certainly don't dislike 3D animation, I most certainly hold traditional 2D animation closer to my heart.
And I REALLY hope Chip and Dale get some shorts... I'm getting tired of them only being "cameos". If kids had more exposure to them, they wouldn't be the "first characters to go" in character dining and meet-and-greets. I had fun times 'being pals' with the chipmunks two years ago; hated to see them get booted from various locations...
ANYWHO. On topic- thanks for the heads up! I was actually thinking about Disney and whether or not they would have an Animation website! Wish I had some of that fancy education in animation- I'm tempted to stop coloring comics and try to get proper art education so's I can sign up for that student program! XD |
