Does anyone have any Mission Space pictures that they can post? I want to make a custom mousepad for my living room desk. I want the image to match with a themexp.com theme I have, and this image will also be my desktop background. I came up with the idea to use the facade of Mission: Space. I'm going to try to blend the planets and spires into something, with a nebula background, or whatever else I figure out. I'm going to work in a Horizons tribute too. I noticed though as I started that the attraction looks best at dusk, just before the sun sets, but after the lights come on. Unfurtunatly I can't find any decent ones online anywhere. I'll post the mousepad image when it's done for everyone. |

I'm not too sure what I have at home, but I'd be happy to share what I have.
Have you done a search on the web to see if there are any promotion pictures that would not have people in it? _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

Hey that would be great. I really appreciate that. Clear dusk pics are all I really need, with no people, lol. I already have close ups of the the planets. I have a few good pics of the Mission to Mars wheel too. I'm really trying to get a pic similar to this, only no heads, and a good resolution...
Maybe try a few pics closer to see how they look? Anything would be great though. Thanks a lot for your help. |

Oh sure, your not asking for much.... pic of a DISNEY attraction without people around it.... What attraction do you think it is, Imagination? Stitch's Great Escape?
I will see what we can do... |

Yeah tell me about it. Once I waited almost 2 hours to get a picture of spaceship earth wothout heads everywhere. Too bad I took that picture with an Advantix. Totally useless. I don't understand how we ever made it by without digitals. |

If you take it at night with a long exposure...it should give you the effect you want as people will have blurred by in the picture and not be picked up...at least not too badly _________________

If it weren't for those creepy faces, I would use that for part of this project. I'm not sure I unserstand that pic too well though. Was the wand a launch pad? From the looks of it, Universe of Ellen would be right under that. Unless you flip the image. I think it would make more sence then, only the hp's would be backwards. |

I'll look to see what I have too.
But if you have the shot with people in it I can probably photoshop them out of it for you. I'd love a little project like this if you need some help.
Just let me know, you can PM or respond here, or email me at masplund@emsd37.org

That's some pretty good photoshop work. Fast too. It would have taken me 6 weeks. Once I come accross some high res pics, I'll let you know. For now, the pics I have might make an ok looking mousepad, maybe a little pixilated, but the desktop would look horrible. |
