Nope, not one of those. Tons of cameos in the movie, if that helps.

Is this Kermit's cousin (or something)? The Russian frog in Muppets Most Wanted? Don't remember much of the movie, but it has a lot of cameos & Kermit was the next frog i thought about.

Muppets Most Wanted for the blue ribbon! Miss Piggy's words, upon discovering the deception of Constantine, Kermit's nearly identical (but unrelated) twin. Really hope the Muppets get a couple more movies.
