Holy cow, that is beautiful!
It's funny how it has a similar structure to the American towers, but the architecture is so different. _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

Looks ominous... Almost like a spooky old church.
Does anyone know of any added scenes or additional stuff compared to the one in WDW? Has anyone been on the Cali Adventure one? If so, what additions were done there? I haven't been to DL since 2001. Thanks in advance! |

I've kinda been keeping myself away from information on the Tokyo tower in hopes I would see it for myself, so I can't say. A couple additions for the DCA tower but the more important question is what all did they take away. No forward moving elevator (5th dimension) and no fancy queue. Not that it is a bad version, just different. |

At DCA, they replaced the 5th Demension room (which I was never a big fan of) with a neat mirror effect. The outdoor queue is much smaller, but I think they made up for it with an awesome two story boiler room. Other than that and the different exterior, the rest is pretty similar. _________________

MGM's ToT was the first, and I think is an excellent attraction. DCA's was next for us and I think they also did a great job. The had a limited space and did a fantastic job with it. I still prefer MGM's, but I also love DCA's. I'd love to see how the other parks made the effects and attraction work. _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

Happy New Year folks. While I've only been on DCA's ToT I've got to say that they did a great job with the amount of space they had and really stayed true to the whole "thrill w/ story" idea. Being a HUGE TZ fan I kinda would have liked to see the whole 5th dimension piece but c'est la vie. As far as TDS' ToT is concerned once again this is the way you create a 'classic' dark ride, literally. Although the storyline itself is somewhat familiar to any mustery/suspense fan out there it's the execution of the ride itself that gets people going. Just one more reason to seriously start thinking about a summer vacation overseas, no pun intended. Until later, peace. |

Strange... the "Now Loading..." part is in English. I would've expected an English link to change the locale for the page.
Seems like it's a lot different. Cool! |
