Hi!
I’m an engineer within the federal government. I generally earn less base salary than others with similar experience in the field who choose to work in the private sector, but it works for me. _________________ buy sdhc cards |

I don't know how I missed this forum before but it's really an interesting read! I am a Sales Executive with Hilton Grand Vacations at the corporate headquarters in Orlando. I also have a thriving Disney memorabilia store on eBay. And yes, I did work at WDW for 13 years as a restaurant manager. How many members once worked for Disney or are still employed there? _________________ John |

Now I teach music. |

I worked for Disney at The Disney Store until this past summer. My "real" job and life itself were getting in the way of my "fun" job, so I had to quit. I was hoping to get back to the store for next Christmas season, but alas, that won't happen.
Some day I will work in Disneyland...some day... _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

I market properties for a commercial real estate firm in Orlando.
Although I spend most of my time daydreaming about when I'm next going to head over to Disney. I can see Characters in Flight from my office when it's up, taunting me...

I am a former College Program CM at Wide World of Sports and Blizzard Beach who had to grow up and get a real job. I work in college athletics (that counts as real, right?) right now at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. |

Besides the KRAY clan, is there anyone who hasn't worked for the Mouse at some point or another, in some fashion or other?
I run the Lease Administration group for an industrial REIT as well as being responsible for the company's operating statistics to the SEC, etc. Bet you're all wicked jealous right now! |

I have to ammend that. I've never gotten paid BY the mouse. I sometimes think I have worked to pay the mouse... |

I've never worked for them either, although I interviewed when I first moved down from DC. |

I do not work for Disney but my employer does handle Disney as an account. Does that count? |

Remeber that we're not just trying to find out who has (or had) an affiliation with Disney. We're curious about all our members... |

I went and joined the family business and now do accounting and financial planning.
But there was a time, way back when in high school and college, when I was paid by the mouse to wear a blue sweater and juggle beanie babies and greet the folks who came shopping at the local mall. Ah...how I miss that sweater. _________________ Toadi Acceleratio Semper Absurda |

Oh yeah, i realize this is a broad discussion, i was just feeling a little left out with so many people mentioning that they had worked for the mouse.
I did work at Harrod's in London, waaay back when. Now that was a fun job. I worked in the adult games department! (chess, backgammon, etc) |
