Disney Parks to Wipe Hands Clean of Guests in Response to Flu Concerns

Over the next few weeks, Disney Parks will deploy hand sanitizer dispensers in common locations across the resorts such as theme park turnstiles, resort lobbies and some meet & greet locations in response to concerns over the spread of germs and viruses, notably the H1N1 flu virus.
In addition, guests will continue to be able to purchase individual hand sanitizing packets at various retail locations throughout the parks and resorts.
Apparently this is going to be at all theme parks, both DLR and WDW... _________________ Up or Down North, South, East, or West An Adventurer's Life is Best!
Right now they have little spritz bottles for sale, about the size of a Sharpie marker. They’ve been selling them at the registers and at sundries shops from back in (from what Matt & I noticed) September. They may have been selling it longer, but being there for several days, the couple bucks was worth it. Be careful though, since the packaging of those is pretty flimsy. It has a cap much like a pen, and Matt had it in his pocket and it leaked at one point. I don’t recall what brand it was, but I don’t believe it was Purell. Better off getting one of those mini travel bottles you can clip to a purse or backpack, as those seem a little more sturdy.
Glad to hear they are installing dispensers around the park, especially in high traffic areas. At least they are being proactive. Now if they will try harder to prevent people from sitting on the handrails…

My DW and DD always have the little bottle clipped to their park bags but
its nice to know they have some arouond for when then loose theirs or
run out.
