Not Big Hero Six. There are definitely heroes in this, but they are on the small side.
Also, not so much a movie (sorry about that) as it is a seasonal special.
But it is part of a movie franchise.

This was a live action movie, about 30 years old. Lines were spoken between two male characters, but the title character wasn’t one of them. Not that it’s a hint that will help in any way, but I think part 2 was the best of the movies in this franchise!
