No. All the primary characters in this one are human. It was animated, though.

While it certainly does sound like something Gaston would have said, it wasn't him. Line did not come from a villain, and this movie came out a handful of years behind Beauty and the Beast.

1st one I came to, that I knew met those requirements, was Hunchback of Notre Dame? I never saw that one.
