These days, it's usually in regards to staying on property not worth it.
Disney is falling behind other theme parks in a variety of categories. What do they need to get a move on -
Finishing ride construction (Tron is 5+ years since they broke ground for a ride they already built at another park.)
More hotels
Another land with 3+ rides, sit down restaurants, etc.
The CEO got paid $31m last year, huge profits were announced & they're still crying poverty and covid while increasing guests costs multiple times every month or so. |

Wish you were saying something I could find an argument with, but it’s all way too accurate. Our ADR day is next Tuesday-should really be getting excited about the trip, but it’s just not happening. Coupled with the depressing truth that it’s likely the last one we’re going to make, it’s just been really tough to get amped up for this trip.
Fast pass: Finish the projects they’ve got going! Should be embarrassed by how long some of these have taken.
Standby: More hotels, maybe some in the “value” category that actually are.
Skip: A new land - at least until they get some irons already in the fire finished.
Pixar sequels; since “Lightyear” isn’t a home run maybe one of these would get them back on track:
Brave
Wall-E

Make sure you go on Splash. Disney announced the re-theming would be done in 2024. No start date announced.

Pie in the Sky, never going to happen, but wouldn't it be cool!
Monorail expanded to all parks.
Waterways connecting all resorts to various parks with eco friendly boats that go faster than 3 mph.
Quick service restaurants with a large variety of foods, reasonably priced & it all tastes good (with lots of indoor seating & shaded outdoor seating, cause why not?) |
