OK. So, if any of you have read my "I'm glad to be back" post you'll know that I'm having problems accessing UAB from my home computer. Well, at least I was able to log on so that I can post this. But, here's the problem. When I go to "tune in now" I enter my user name and password and hit enter and it returns me to the same screen, asking me to enter the same info. I also tried to e-amil a moderator and it told me I have to be an "authorized user" to do this. Pleeeease. .. . . . . What else can I try? Help me please. I NEED MY UAB!!!

Honestly though, thanks guys, and if I can't get this to work at home you know you have me as a dedicated listener M-F when I'm at work.

I am sure you probably tried this but...

Try running any cleanup utilities to remove cookies, cache, and temp files.

Windows comes with one "Disk Cleanup". It does not do a very thorough job though. Your browser should have an option to clean that stuff up, or your anti virus package may as well.

Next, make sure you have the latest version of your browser installed...

I have Windows XP. And you're not going to believe this, but I don't know where or how to see what browser I have. Where do I look?

What do you click on to get to the internet? Is it a blue E? If so, then you are probably using Internet Explorer. You can try downloading and installing Firefox or Opera and seeing if you have the same problem. If you ask me, I would recommend Opera, but to keep the peace either should work. You only need to try one, not necessary to install both...

If the the other browsers work, then it is something that is effecting your IE... could be any number of things. Could be an add-on that is not functioning properly or your security settings are messed up.

If the other browsers have the same problem, then it is something with your Operating System. Virus, spyware, malware, etc....

Is that enough home work? Smile
