Both are iconically Disney! Feed the Birds would be my choice.

Monster's Inc. Laugh Floor "acts":

The Laugh Floor for me. I've been the churro guy twice!

Disney offers to give you a no extra charge upgrade to the Deluxe of your choice, but you have to give up either:
All your fast passes or all your ADR's?

This is tough but I'm keeping my ADR's!

Disney gives you a year long annual pass but you does not allow you in one of the following parks during your visits, Magic Kingdom or Epcot?

This is terrible! I guess I'd begrudgingly give up Epcot for a year. Although I'd probably get in trouble for trying to see if I could buy a regular ticket to it on the side!

Who would you be more excited to discover were your new neighbors after moving into a new house:

Andy's family or The Incredibles?

The Incredibles. I already live near people with no superpowers!

When given the choice do you go to the left of right in the queue? (e.g. POTC)

Interesting. I'd never thought about a subconscious choice here, but when I think about your example (Pirates), if given the choice I go right. However, where the queue splits in Tower, I stay left. Not sure if it's a psychological thing or if I just like the stuff in the line better that way!

If they were to totally redo MuppetVision 3D, would you rather see a:

Newer, cleaned up 3D show or a dark ride with animatronic Muppets?

I'd like to see a newer cleaned up 3D show.

Lobby pre-show:
Bug's Life or Muppets 3D?

Muppets, for sure! All the great props and puns to enjoy. I'd really like the opportunity to just look around in it for an hour or so.

Stuck on the Muppets:

A Muppet themed Table Service restaurant or a Muppet themed Value Resort?

Table Service restaurant -
It would be so cool to have the Muppets interacting with diners (not people in costumes more like animatronics. Statler and Waldorf as restaurant critics, commenting on meals going by.)

I wouldn't want the Muppets pre-show to change, maybe just improve quality of the video & larger screens.

Ride you would least like to get stuck on:
It's a Small World (the song keeps playing) or
Space Mountain (where the lights go on & you see everything you never wanted to)

Actually a tougher call than I thought it'd be when I gave it some consideration. Still think I'll say Small World. I could use just a couple more inches of leg room on either, especially if I'm stuck in the ride vehicle for any time at all.

Mission: Space
Green team or Orange team?

Green (less intense) team.
When the ride 1st opened, there was no choice, everyone got the intense ride. I was never so happy when I realized there was no return trip. I think it dehydrates me or something. Got off ride, drank a bottle of water in less than 2 minutes & I was ready to go - on something else.

Ride situations that might make you go um... maybe later.
Up & down on Tower of Terror or
Upside down on Rock n Rolla Coaster?

Actually neither of these really bug me, but, I wear glasses. I never remember to remove them when getting on Rock-N-Roller coaster. I'm paranoid about them flying off my face for the whole ride, so I'll go with it.

Simulated rides that past experience makes you hesitant to ride them again:
Flights of Passage or Star Tours?

No fair, I love both these rides!I

I'll say Star Tours only b/c I've ridden it so often I'm pretty sure I've seen every combo.

If there was 1 amenity (convenience?) that you wished Disney had more of -

More shade on walkways and queues or
More benches, seats/tables outside.
