I have had that happen on a track in the past and don't know why either - hopefully an admin will see your message and give you a heads up as to why ...  |

| That is very possible - I had the same issue with a "halloween" track and after admins checked it out that track has been removed as there was a problem after the major crash a couple of years ago .. hopefully we will get a response from them soon |

I requested the Horizons track (complete narration ) and it didn't play it. I was able to cancel my request, and get my miles back, but now it won't let me request it again.
